What does the 4th of July mean to you? For most people, we think of picnics, going to the beach, eating hamburgers, hotdogs, and ice cream. What if I told you that you could make the most amazing smoothie without any ice cream, sugar, or milk? The 4h of July Blueberry Blast Smoothie is so much healthier without giving up any of the creamy and sweet goodness from an old-fashioned milkshake.
The top reasons why you should make this smoothie for the 4th Of July:
1. So chilly and refreshing on a hot and summer day.
2. You are celebrating an annual holiday of independence.
3. The drink tastes like Neopolitan ice cream that is dairy free!
4. The significant health benefits of vitamins and minerals you receive from the blueberries, strawberries, and bananas.
The American Spoon honey is the best tasting honey I haver ever had in my life. There is a store in Traverse City, MI called American Spoon, and they sell the most unbelievable honey that I have ever tasted. The honey is raw and has been extracted directly from the honeycomb without adding heat although some honey that has been “minimally processed” is often labeled as raw honey. This honey is my number one favorite of all time.
I hope enjoyed that “Bit-O-Honey” of information.
