This is a quick, filling, and yummy smoothie that will have you wanting more. The bananas and peanut butter transform the flavor from average to astronomical! If you are allergic to nuts, you don’t need to add peanut butter to taste the creamy goodness. I love drinking this smoothie for a mid-morning snack or an opulent and healthy desert. Just the other night my husband asked me to make this enjoyable and satisfying drink. When my daughter visits from college, she always asks me to make this smoothie.
Here are a few darn good reasons to enjoy this smoothie without guilt.
1. The banana will help you with reducing stress, ease heartburn and stimulate brain power.
2. Maca root adds a tasty malty rich flavor. Within days of using, it may increase your energy levels.

1/2 unsweetened almond milk
1 cup frozen bananas
1/2 cup blueberries
1 tsp raw maca
1 tsp raw cocoa
1 tbs peanut butter
4 ice cubes
1.) Add all the ingredients to your high-speed blender except for the blueberries.
2.) Pour smoothie in your favorite glass and gulp or eat with a spoon.( All depends on how thick the smoothie is.)
3) Garnish smoothie with the blueberries and enjoy the berry goodness!
