The pineapples add a sweet, but yummy flavor to this refreshing smoothie. I love adding the healthy green spinach that provides vitamins K, A and C. The bananas are just the right fruit to make this smooth and creamy.
- 1 cup spinach
- ½ cup blueberries frozen
- ¼ cup pineapple
- 1/2 banana
- ¼ cup coconut water
- Combine all the above ingredients in a high powered blender and relax.
- To make your smoothie extra frosty, add 2-3 ice cubes.
