- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries, blackberries, raspberry blend
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1/2 orange peeled
- ½ banana peeled
- ½ cup water
- ¼ cup vanilla almond milk unsweetened
- t tablespoon flax seed
- Add all of the ingredients in a high speed blender.
- Pour in your favorite glass and add a colorful straw.
