I love drinking this smoothie when I am craving something sweet and refreshing. The oh so lovely red cherry has vitamin c and natural fiber that our body needs to fill up, so we don’t overeat. By adding the spinach, this has an excellent source of beta-carotene, a powerful disease-fighting antioxidant that has been shown to help reduce the risk of developing heart disease and cancer. This smoothie will provide extra vitamin’s and protein and me highly recommend this as a meal.
- 1 cup of fresh spinach
- ½ cup frozen blueberries
- ½ cup frozen cherries
- ½ orange peeled
- ½ cup of almond milk unsweetened
- 1 Packet of Vega Protein Powder Vanilla
- Combine all the above ingredients in a high powered blender and enjoy.
